Ever since the first batch of class XII graduated  from Chinmaya in 1990, it was a constant desire of graduating students to stay associated with each other and the school. Informally Google Groups, Yahoo Groups, and through open forums on Community based websites like Orkut, there have been bubbles of desire for the formation of a formal structure. Every time a student visits Bokaro, She/He is always excited to visit the school, meet old friends and walk through the memory lane of school days. We thus, decided to start on a formal Alumni Association named Chinmaya Smiles Back(CSB). Through CSB we primarily target to:

   1. Alumni playing an active role in facilitating school's development
   2. Organizing Get-Together of graduated students.
   3. Providing Career Counseling to the junior members of the Chinmaya Family
   4. Organizing Seminars and Talks for the benefit of students in Chinmaya

We are thankful to the Director, the Principal and our beloved Teachers for helping us in this endeavour. They are the motivation behind this move.

Ashok Sir and Vyjayanthi Mam have kindly agreed to be the Faculty Coordinator of this group.
